At Vape Nation, we want you to feel as bold as our streetwear designs, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse team inspects the quality of the returned garments, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
